YO! Sushi was looking for a big Idea. They wanted an overarching brand positioning. Something that would set them apart. Something authentic, unique and energetic.
Shinsen! 新鮮 was born. Directly translated from Japanese it means ‘fresh’ — at surface level, it’s fresh ingredients prepared fresh, but it’s so much more than that. It’s a fresh way of thinking; from training and recruitment through to speaking to customers and producing content.
Shinsen! soft-launched through YO!’s first-ever National Radio campaign, along with in-store and OOH posters. In addition to this we also devised a series of 15-second films showcasing new dishes for YO!’s UK and US social channels.
